🔁 Return & Refund Policy – ZIDD.pk

At ZIDD.pk customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.


✅ 1. Return Eligibility (7 Days)

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and labels are intact
  • You received a wrong, damaged, or defective item

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


❌ 2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items purchased on sale or discount
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Used, washed, or damaged items by customer.

📝 3. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your Order Number, reason, and product photos
  3. Our team will review and approve your request

🚚 4. Return Shipping

  • If the item is wrong, damaged, or defective → Return shipping is free
  • If you changed your mind → Customer will bear return shipping cost

💵 5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refund will be issued via:
    • Bank transfer
    • JazzCash / EasyPaisa
    • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)

⏱ 6. Damaged or Defective Items (48 Hours Rule)

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures as proof.


📦 7. Important Notes

  • ZIDD.pk reserves the right to reject a return if conditions are not met
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • For size issues, we recommend checking the size chart before ordering
